Patient Case

Every Lab is a working draft of a case you'd use in a peer-to-peer program. Walk the decisions, see the mindset shift, then review what teaching points, polling questions, and objections this case is built to surface.

A 72-year-old woman with R/R DLBCL is scheduled to start epcoritamab. The step-up cycle requires priming (0.16 mg), intermediate (0.8 mg), and first full (48 mg) doses on days 1, 8, and 15, plus prophylaxis, monitoring windows, and — per label — a 24-hour observation after the first full dose. She has Medicare, lives with her daughter, and works part-time.
